Advanced Multi-Layer Drone Sensing
Spectrum Hive Drone Sensing
Spectrum Hive Drone Sensing enables the detection of drones through AI-based multi-models in the acoustic domain, radio spectrum RF domain, and active AI video surveillance.
Most drone detection systems rely on a single sensing modality and fail precisely where it matters: against drones that are small, visually obscured, acoustically quiet or radio silent. Spectrum Hive Drone Sensing fuses three independent detection AI layers into a single decision, improving detection accuracy and effective range while suppressing false alarms in congested, radio cluttered and contested military environments.
The AI RF subsystem performs wideband spectrum sensing with deep learning applied to time-frequency spectrograms to detect and classify drone and controller transmissions.
The AI acoustic subsystem detects rotor and motor audio signatures (including commercial drones and Shahed drones), covering drones and other UAVs that do not emit a detectable RF signature. The acoustic subsystem involves the use of low-cost embedded sensors that can be easily deployed in the environment.
The AI optical subsystem uses computer vision to confirm, classify and track live drones. The video layer is scalable and can be added to existing video systems to enhance and expand detection capabilities.
A custom-built AI fusion layer continuously correlates the three sensing layers to detect, classify, and validate drones and UAVs in real time, alerting a GUI command center specific to live C2 operations.

📡 Spectrum Hive Drone Sensing - Extensive field testing and laboratory evaluation
Here at Spectrum Hive laboratory, we continue to enhance and test our intelligent drone sensing technologies. We are conducting an extensive evaluation of our developed system combining spectrum sensing, advanced wireless signal analysis, and acoustic drone detection in real-world drone operations. Part of this evaluation is conducted in a controlled anechoic chamber, which allows for an accurate assessment of detection performance under controlled conditions.
These experiments support the development of advanced drone detection solutions and next-generation wireless sensing technologies that are linked to dual-use technologies and physical security applications.
